Online shopping has represented a positive boon to the fashion consumer, now able to hunt down rare and coveted pieces long-since vanished from stores. Yet online shopping can be a tricky business when faced with the internet seemingly awash in designer fakes. Vestiaire Collective, a leading social shopping site that curates a dynamic range of pre-owned premium and luxury products, recently completed a study that discovered almost two-thirds of online shoppers said they had accidentally bought fake garments or accessories, spending between $300—$1,600. In addition, 66 percent of the respondents admitted that they felt they lacked the knowledge to identify a counterfeit item.

American actress Drew Barrymore, one of the pioneers of celebrity beauty product lines, has expanded her cosmetic line Flower with a new fragrance collection that aims to reflect “scents that capture the joy of life and love, in all of its meanings.”
