Fashion One presents: Emilio Pucci
The Emilio Pucci brand was founded by the eponymous Marquis Pucci in 1948 when the fighter pilot and aristocratic daredevil was asked to design a range of skiwear for Harper's Bazaar. His sleek stretch fabric outfits were a revelation, and the next year Pucci set up shop on the exclusive island of Capri, producing luxury swimwear. From the 1950s onwards Emilio Pucci became an international sensation with his outfits worn by stars from Sophia Loren to Madonna. After his death in 1992, the brand has been led by a number of creative directors. The latest, Australian designer Peter Dundas has lent the brand a slick and sexy touch with his body-hugging lace creations gracing the frames of Kim Kardashian and Gwyneth Paltrow. Here's how Polyvore users like to play around with the Pucci look.
